The Extension, in every language your market speaks

We don’t simply cover ‘Europe’. We’re local in every country where you’re looking for customers. Each country has its own language, its own way of doing business and its own tone on the phone. A campaign that sounds the same everywhere convinces no one anywhere. That’s why The Extension works with native BDRs and SDRs who call, email and use LinkedIn in the language and register of the market they’re serving at that moment, following the established approach of The Connection Method: first the signal, then the right sequence, then the feedback.

Flat fee, no commission, no coaching: we handle the outbound ourselves, under your banner. You don’t get a lead list to call yourself. You get a team that has the conversations for you and gets you in front of the decision-maker.

Benelux

We don’t cover the Benelux. We are the Benelux.

Most agencies run one Benelux campaign. We run three. Three countries, two working languages and a language border running through Belgium. One list and one message don’t cover that. Our BDRs work in the language and register of the market they’re calling at that moment.

🇳🇱 Netherlands

Dutch

One of Europe’s most innovative markets. Direct, pragmatic and quick to say no—and that’s a good thing. Clarity always beats polished language here.

🇧🇪 Belgium

Dutch · French

Two language communities with different expectations. Choosing the wrong language for the first email is a mistake the buyer won’t point out; the email simply disappears.

🇱🇺 Luxembourg

French · German · English

Small, international and strongly focused on financial services. Decision-makers are used to working in three languages before lunch.

The Extension in the Benelux: our approach

Gevonden en vertrouwd worden

1. Get found and trustedLocal, not regional. Content and positioning by country, in the language that market does business in. A Benelux average reads as if it was written for no one.

Targeten en omsingelen

2. Target and surroundBuilt for a group, not a single name. Whoever responds rarely decides alone. We work accounts as a group from the outset, around the signal we found.

In gesprek gaan en boeken

 3. Engage and book BDRs and SDRs in the buyer’s own language. Dutch- and French-German speaking colleagues on the phone and by emai. Which channel depends on where the account is, not which country it is in.

Converteren en opschalen

 4. Convert and scale Closers who ask the commercial question early. Closers who put the price on the table instead of waiting to be asked.

We know that a ‘Benelux campaign’ doesn’t really exist. Each market gets its own list, its own language and its own BDR or SDR. An account in Brussels is approached in French or Dutch, depending on the account, not the country it is in. They write in your voice and work towards your goals, so the buyer never notices the handover.

DACH

A translated campaign isn’t a German campaign.

Germany, Austria and Switzerland together make up a market worth more than €4.5 trillion, and one of the least forgiving in Europe. Our senior SDRs are native German speakers. They write in German, hold the conversation in German and know which detail procurement will ask about before the question is asked.

🇩🇪 Germany

German

The largest of the three and the most process-driven. Written details, job titles and a substantiated business case carry more weight here than enthusiasm on the phone.

🇦🇹 Austria

German

Smaller, more relationship-driven and less forgiving of outreach that reads as if it was written for Germany and reused. Word travels fast here.

🇨🇭 Switzerland

German · French

Quality and discretion first, price later. Longer evaluations, high standards for references and a genuinely French-speaking region in the west.

The Extension in DACH: our approach

Gevonden en vertrouwd worden

1. Get found and trustedLocalized, not translated. Positioning, content and discoverability written in German, with the compliance details DACH buyers look for early in the process.

Targeten en omsingelen

2. Target and surroundMore touchpoints, deliberately. Rarely just one email and one call. Accounts are worked across multiple channels until the name sounds familiar, because familiarity earns the first response here.

In gesprek gaan en boeken

3. Start conversations and book meetingsSDRs who open formally. Senior German-speaking colleagues on the phone, by email and on LinkedIn. An overly informal first email goes unanswered; we’ve tested that and don’t repeat it.

Converteren en opschalen

4. Convert and scaleClosers who expect procurement. Closers who account for a well-supported evaluation and a procurement committee, with the references and ROI evidence ready to support them.

We’ve run enough campaigns here to know what doesn’t work. Senior German-speaking colleagues who have sold in SaaS, IT services and manufacturing, and who know what a DACH buyer dismisses before reading further. They work in your brand voice and toward your goals, so the buyer can’t tell where your sales team ends and we begin.

Scandinavia

Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Native colleagues in each country, selling where they live, in the language they grew up with. The four countries are close enough to one another to make a translated campaign almost work. That’s the trap. The numbers look fine until nothing closes anymore.

🇸🇪 Sweden

Swedish

The largest Scandinavian tech market and usually the first one companies enter. Flat hierarchies mean the person you reach rarely decides alone.

🇳🇴 Norway

Norwegian

Healthy budgets and thorough procurement. Buyers in energy, maritime and the public sector expect concrete specifications, not positioning.

🇩🇰 Denmark

Danish

Direct, informal and quick to say no—and that’s a good thing. A short conversation that ends in a clear answer is worth more than three polite conversations.

🇫🇮 Finland

Ends

Technical depth carries the conversation. Silence on the phone means thinking time, not disinterest, and misreading it as a drop-off is the most common mistake.

The Extension in Scandinavia: our approach

Gevonden en vertrouwd worden

1. Get found and become trustedWritten, not translated. Positioning and discoverability built in the local language, so buyers find something made for them.

Targeten en omsingelen

2. Target and surroundLists built from local data. Registers differ by country. Your list comes from sources that are up to date here.

In gesprek gaan en boeken

3. Start conversations and book meetingsBDRs and SDRs who speak the market. A Swedish email answered in Swedish beats an English one that gets skimmed.

Converteren en opschalen

4. Convert and scaleClosers who know the procurement committee. Closers who account for a buying group instead of chasing one name until the end of the quarter.

We don’t serve Scandinavia remotely. Native colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, selling where they live, in the language they grew up with. One team and one contract, with every conversation in the buyer’s own language.

United Kingdom & Ireland

You can address both markets. The problem is, so can everyone else.

Speaking English isn’t the same as knowing the market. The UK and Ireland are among Europe’s most saturated B2B markets. Your competitors are already emailing these buyers, and sending even more email won’t make you more visible. Our BDRs and SDRs are native in both markets. They’ve sent enough first emails here to know what gets a reply and what gets deleted.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

English

The larger of the two and the more hotly contested. Buyers are approached every week, so a first email is judged first on whether it was written for them, and only then read for its content.

🇮🇪 Ireland

English

Smaller, and a European base for many American tech companies. News travels fast here, and outreach that reads like recycled UK copy stands out immediately.

The Extension in the UK & Ireland: our approach

Gevonden en vertrouwd worden

1. Get found and become trustedRelevance before reach. Your buyer has already read the category page five times. They immediately see which one was written for them.

Targeten en omsingelen

2. Target and surroundThe list is the strategy. Sharp segments and current data always beat casting a wider net.

In gesprek gaan en boeken

3. Start conversations and book meetingsSDRs who use every channel effectively. Phone, email and LinkedIn, each used for what it does best. Buyers here check your profile before responding.

Converteren en opschalen

4. Convert and scaleClosers who open with results. Closers who lead with the measurable outcome, not the feature list.

We know which campaigns work here. Our BDRs and SDRs are native in both markets. They’ve sent enough first emails here to know what gets a reply, what gets archived and when following up works better than letting go. They write in your voice and work towards your goals, so the buyer never notices the handover.
